"So when I was looking for a private training facility, my number one concern was I wanted to exercise in a safe manner and be able to move long-term without any injuries. And so when I did come to SVPT, I told my concerns and what I needed in a training facility to the owner, and they were able to match me up with a trainer that had specialized in folks that were coming off of injury and getting them moving again in a safe manner and establishing a long relationship with them. The major, major goal it became more of a long-term goal and it's really nothing to do with the aesthetics. It was really more I want to be able to move later in life. and be mobile into my later years."

"My fitness goal when I joined was actually just to get a better golf swing But after that, I've noticed that I started to push myself in other ways jump higher do some exercises I noticed that I Got a lot better at just doing regular activities whether I just be lifting up some heavy boxes up the stairs or just You know passing a volleyball around I've noticed that I'm sore less Recover faster, and I'm just generally just less tired than I used to be, a moment When I noticed my training is really paying off was the other day I was able to jump a 48 inch box, which is maybe hard to visualize But essentially I think when I first started here I maybe couldn't do half of that amount and 48 inches is just something I couldn't even imagine before"

"When I first joined SPPT, it was just a few years before I was thinking of retiring, and I knew I wanted to live, you know, to have a really active and independent life. I find the trainers here so knowledgeable, so flexible, and what I mean by flexible is I might come in on a day and say, look, it doesn't happen often, but I might come in and say, okay, no, I just can't do it today. And on the spot, they'll say, okay, let's do some stretching or mobility stuff. Only shortly after I was coming here, and a lot of the things they focus on here are core, on balance, for me as I'm getting older, power and so on. And I remember one winter as I'm walking down the sidewalk, I was just about to cross the road, and my feet just went out on a patch of ice. But I managed to just do sort of a turn in the air and land on my feet, and I thought, yeah, without the core work I've been doing, without that strength or the balance, I would have landed on my butt or done some serious damage"

"My fitness goals when I joined were, I guess, just to be healthier and stronger. And since then, I don't think I've gone to a chiropractor or a physio for about four years. Our trainer was fantastic! The sincerity of the training, the quality of the training, the expertise, is second to none. He's very caring. Yep, he can be tough, but the toughness is very subtle. So, I had a tear in my rotator cuff and was having a really hard time with rehab. I went to physio and wasn't really getting better, started coming, and we started working on it slowly. And very slowly built it up to a point where I absolutely have no pain at all anymore, and I can water ski with no problems. Actually, I have no pain at all in my shoulders, and just the general attitude towards you as not only a customer, and the training that you'll get is top-notch. And you'll be more than satisfied if you come here and participate at this gym."
