Right from the first meeting, she made me feel comfortable and heard. She has an easy, warm and approachable way about her. My training is always geared to what’s going on in my life. If I am going on a cycling trip, she creates a program to make sure that I have the strength and endurance for the long rides. When I’ve had an injury, she is able to adjust my program on the spot to help me heal, but not lose any of the progress I’ve made so far. For the past year, I have been taking both personal and partner training with Jordan G at SVPT. My primary goal has been to increase strength and fitness, lift heavy (for me) and remain injury free. Jordan is a fantastic trainer. She is knowledgeable, dependable, and awesome to work with! Additionally, both of my older kids have joined me in partner sessions, and Jordan was very skilled at tailoring our workouts to meet each of our individual needs. Those were discussed on my first visit and since then my trainer (Scott) has made custom workouts that hit the right areas while working around limitations. Very positive and encouraging and the workouts change up often enough to stay interesting. The facility is clean and it is nice that it’s not super busy. Sarah Riske with SVPT Fitness has been absolutely fantastic to work with. Due to a number of physicaI issues, I had been struggling to get through even a half hour work out for the last couple of years. From the very first session with Sarah, I noticed a huge positive change with being able to get through the full hour. Every session ive had she has been very focused on ensuring the movements im doing are right for the exercise and my particular limitations. She has not hesitated in trying different things or modifications to help me reach my fitness goals. Her coaching and tips have carried over into my day to day life as well, enabling me to address previously unnoticed problem areas.
